10cm fanmade Scara Doll
Preorder Date: August 8 - August 30, 2024 (midnight GMT+8)
Target Ship out Date: early to mid December 2024 (ETA only as doll production may be delayed depending on total quantity but I will try my best to ship earlier once I have all dolls + hoodies and inclusions with me so you guys can receive them before or around Scara's birthday month (January)
Doll inclusions will be revealed during the doll production and pre-order period.

Shipping - All orders are shipped from the Philippines via MyKartero (tracked shipping)
Group Orders
This is highly recommended to save on shipping costs! Please contact me first if you would like to host one for your country. Also, please be responsible in joining GOs.

Damaged & Loss Items
I will refund/ resend any missing or incorrect items from your order list or items that have visible manufacturing issues. I make sure to double-check all items before securely packing/ shipping them. However, I will not be liable for damaged goods due to transport and mishandling of the courier.
Lost Packages
For confirmed lost packages, the best I can offer is to help contact my courier. Please note that once packages are shipped, they are out of my control and I may not have the means to refund the items. Thank you for kind understanding!
Taxes and Custom Fees
You are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes as I do not have the means to cover them. Please contact your local post office or customs office for concerns.
